Is this MBA NEP 2020-aligned and AICTE-approved?
Yes — NEP 2020-aligned with multiple entry/exit options, Academic Bank of Credits compatibility, and OBE mapping. The MBA is awarded by the partner university under its existing UGC/AICTE status, and we help prepare Board of Studies documentation where needed.
What does “On-the-Job Training” actually mean? How is it different from an internship?
A performance-evaluated apprenticeship inside a partner firm, embedded as MBA credits. Unlike a two-month internship it runs for months, with a defined role, dual mentorship, monthly reviews, a capstone to hiring managers, and a stipend throughout.
Who pays the students during their OJT? And how much?
The host firm pays students directly, per Minimum Wages Act norms or higher — typically ₹25,000–50,000/month depending on firm and performance. Many convert their OJT into a pre-placement offer.
How does the commercial model work for universities?
A revenue-share model. The university owns the brand, degree and campus; we bring the curriculum, content, simulation, OJT network and admissions support. The split is set per engagement — we can share a typical framework on request.
Are there programs beyond the three MBAs?
Yes. Beyond the three flagships we're designing Healthcare & Medical Tourism, Sustainability & ESG, Digital Marketing, HR and Project Management — plus standalone certification tracks (CFA, CMT, PMP), faculty training, and UGC AEDP apprenticeship-embedded degrees.
