02 - OJT to Pre-Placement Offer

How a desk becomes
an offer.

The conversion path is deliberate. Students enter a live desk, are reviewed every month, present a capstone to a hiring panel, and frequently leave with a pre-placement offer from the same firm. The mechanics are detailed on our On-the-Job Training page.

Step 01

Live Desk

Students join a partner firm as a first-year analyst with a defined role brief, earning a ₹25K–50K monthly stipend while they work on real deliverables.

Step 02

Monthly Reviews

Dual mentorship - an industry mentor and a faculty supervisor - with monthly performance reviews that build a documented track record inside the firm.

Step 03

Capstone to Panel

The OJT ends with a capstone presented to a panel of hiring managers - a live audition in front of the people who actually make offers.

Step 04

Pre-Placement Offer

Many students convert the desk into a pre-placement offer at the same firm, graduating with a role in hand rather than a fresh job search.

Beyond the desk, students get a jointly operated placement cell, structured pre-placement training, and a minimum interview guarantee for eligible students. It is the same support our founders have built for graduates across higher education.
