Admissions 2026.
A clear path in six steps.

Admissions for the 2026 cohort are open across all three flagship MBAs. Cohorts are intentionally small — thirty to forty students each — so every learner gets a real OJT seat and a named mentor.

03 — Admissions FAQ

Questions students
ask us most.

Stipends, certifications, exit options, and what makes OJT different from an internship — answered directly.

What does “On-the-Job Training” actually mean? How is it different from an internship?
OJT is a structured, performance-evaluated apprenticeship inside a partner industry firm, embedded as credits within the MBA itself. Unlike a typical two-month summer internship, OJT runs for months, has a defined role brief, dual mentorship from a faculty member and an industry mentor, monthly performance reviews, and a capstone presented to a panel of hiring managers. Students earn a stipend through the OJT period.
Who pays the students during their OJT? And how much?
The host industry firm pays students directly during the OJT period as per Minimum Wages Act norms or higher. Stipends typically range from twenty-five thousand to fifty thousand rupees per month depending on the firm, the function, and the student's performance. Many students convert their OJT into pre-placement offers at the same firm.
Can students exit early with a Certificate or Diploma?
Yes. All three flagship MBAs follow the NEP 2020 multiple-entry, multiple-exit framework. After one year, a student can exit with a Postgraduate Diploma. After two years, with the full MBA degree. Earlier exits with a Certificate qualification are also possible, subject to credit completion.
Which certifications are embedded in the program?
Depending on the specialisation, we embed preparation for CFA Level I and II, CMT Level I and II, FRM Level 1, NISM Series XV and Series VIII, and PMP. Embedded preparation includes dedicated teaching hours, mock examinations, study materials, and exam registration support — all at no additional cost to the student.
Is the degree recognised? Is it NEP 2020-aligned?
The MBA is awarded by our partner university under their existing UGC/AICTE-approved status. Every programme is aligned with the National Education Policy 2020 framework, including multiple entry and exit options, Academic Bank of Credits compatibility, and Outcome-Based Education mapping.
