01 — Profile

The operator
behind the desk.

Aseem has lived every part of the capital-markets path he now teaches — from investment-banking floors to building a quant product for retail traders, to ranking first at a premier business school.

An IIM Kozhikode Gold Medalist (Rank 1) with further MBAs from Kellogg and IE Business School and an MS in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University, Aseem spent his early career on the markets side at Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan in Singapore. He went on to found Unfluke — India's leading options backtesting platform, which lets traders validate strategies against historical data before risking capital. A SEBI Registered Research Analyst, he is the author of two bestselling trading books that distil that experience into a practical playbook for self-directed investors.

A founder of NorthBridge Minds, Aseem designs and teaches the Finance & Capital Markets MBA, bringing Python, real backtesting, and live-portfolio work into the classroom from semester one — and mapping every module backwards from what a first-year analyst is actually asked to do on the desk.
