Two pillars make this work and survive scrutiny - alignment with the National Education Policy 2020, and embedded On-the-Job Training that turns credits into careers. Both are built in from the first lecture, not added at the viva.

NEP 2020 Alignment

Every programme is mapped to the National Education Policy 2020 framework - multiple entry and exit with Certificate, Diploma and Degree options, Academic Bank of Credits compatibility, and Outcome-Based Education mapping throughout. The degree is awarded by you under your existing UGC/AICTE status, and we prepare Board of Studies documentation where needed, so the programme is defensible to any accreditor.

Embedded On-the-Job Training

Nine months of structured On-the-Job Training sit inside the degree as credits, not as an unpaid intern slot at the end. Each student gets an industry mentor and a faculty supervisor, monthly performance reviews, a stipend of ₹25,000–50,000 per month, and a capstone presented to a panel of hiring managers - the mechanism that produces the outcomes our model is built around.
