An IIM Kozhikode MBA who went on to study an MS at Texas A&M University in the USA, Neeraj has spent seventeen years building and scaling cross-border businesses in international trade and supply chain across 20+ countries spanning the USA, Europe, Latin America and Asia. As ex-CEO of Star Stallion International he scaled a global trading company specialising in metals and minerals, and he is the Founder & CEO of RecyClaro.com, a B2B platform for the global recyclable-materials trade. He also co-founded CoCult.com, which was acquired by a US HR firm.
Recognised as ASSOCHAM Entrepreneur of the Year 2019 and featured among the FT Asia-Pacific High-Growth Companies 2022, Neeraj is a founder of NorthBridge Minds, where he designs and teaches the Global Business & International Trade MBA - export-import operations, customs and FEMA compliance, trade finance, and B2B digital trade - and places students into OJT inside exporters, logistics firms, trade consultants and chambers of commerce.
