Rajat is the Director of Skillre.com, where he builds workforce readiness through industry-aligned skilling programmes. He was part of the founding team at Unacademy, mentoring and impacting more than 30,000 students during his tenure, and brings deep experience of what actually moves learner outcomes at scale.

A civil engineer by training with a strong foundation in infrastructure and project execution, Rajat previously served as a Group A Gazetted Officer with the Government of India - working with the PWD and on the Dedicated Freight Corridor under the Ministry of Railways. An IIM Kozhikode MBA, he is a founder of NorthBridge Minds, where he anchors the AI & Business Transformation MBA and leads curriculum architecture and Outcome-Based Education mapping across every programme.
