He was part of the founding team at Unacademy, mentoring and impacting more than 30,000 students during his tenure, and brings deep experience of what actually moves learner outcomes at scale.
A civil engineer by training with a strong foundation in infrastructure and project execution, Rajat previously served as a Group A Gazetted Officer with the Government of India — working with the PWD and on the Dedicated Freight Corridor under the Ministry of Railways. An IIM Kozhikode MBA, he is a founder of NorthBridge Minds, where he anchors the AI & Business Transformation MBA and leads curriculum architecture and Outcome-Based Education mapping across every programme.
